My Network
I am part of the Berlin-based Open Space Operative Boscop e.G., a diverse network of eight experienced organizational developers and process facilitators who specialize in dialogue, participation, and large-group methods such as Open Space, Future Search, and World Café, which promote self-organization, lateral leadership, and facilitative leadership, as well as co-creation and participation.
Together with my highly experienced and versatile colleagues Simona Kirsch, Bärbel Becker and Petra Krings, I work on organizational, strategic, and team development processes, both online and offline.
In the field of leadership development and team supervision, with a keen awareness of inclusivity, power, gender, and culture, I enjoy working with and continually learning from Bastian Bretthauer and Mia Konstantinidou.
Since 2025, I have been a lecturer for Module 6: “Resistance and Conflict as Fuel for Change” in Triangel‘s systemic organizational development training program. I also enjoy working for and with Jutta Weimar’sr facilitation academy , as well the wonderful colleagues at denkmodell.
As a trainer specializing in large-group methods and a facilitator, I am part of the Green Campus trainer pool, where I also benefit from peer-to-peer learning among the trainers.

I deliver workshops and short seminars at various universities and educational institutions on facilitation, dealing with crises and conflicts, systemic process facilitation, moderation, and (stage) presence. Here I really enjoy working with the wonderful Daniel Unsöld.
