The common thread running through all my training and professional development is human interaction and a multi-perspective approach – from conflict to dialogue, from guided individual reflection to interactive large-group processes. Both as a systemic coach and process facilitator, and as a European ethnologist and cross-cultural consultant, my approach has always been one of attentive, interested observation and benevolent, empowering support. My toolkit is multi-sensory and integrates mind, heart, and body.
